This commit simplifies the tournament management system by removing the `ExternalTournamentsView` and `OfficialTournaments` components, consolidating tournament functionality into the `TournamentsView`. Additionally, the `App.vue` navigation has been streamlined to enhance user experience by focusing on internal tournaments only.
